Anne’s Kombucha Tea is a fermented probiotic drink made by hand from sweet tea and a live Kombucha culture comprising of healthy bacteria, yeasts and other micro-organisms known as a SCOBY — Symbiotic Culture Of friendly Bacteria and Yeast.
Where is it from?
Kombucha Tea is believed to have originated in China during the Tsin Dynasty (221 BC) where the ancients called it the Elixir of Immortality for its health benefits. People in Eastern Europe, Russia and Japan have been making this tea for several centuries. Today it is known and enjoyed throughout the world.

Kombucha Tea is a pleasant tasting, powerfully effective health drink. The taste can vary depending on how it is made. The basic recipe will produce a slightly sparkling, sweet/sour drink.
